Once you have registered, visit our Visa & Visit pages to understand entry requirements into Aotearoa New Zealand.
There is an opportunity to request a letter of invitation during the registration process if required to support the vis application process. You will need your passport details for this request.
Cancellation policy
Should you need to cancel your attendance, you may reassign your registration to another person. Notify margaret@conference.nz
If you are unable to arrange a replacement,
a full refund less an administration charge of NZ$200.00 (incl. GST) will be
made providing notification is received by 1 July 2026. Cancellations received
after 1 July 2026 will be at the discretion of the meeting organisers and
processed after the event.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the
organisers, the meeting is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded.
Accommodation cancellations or amendments may
incur a fee, this is charged at the Hotels' discretion. We strongly suggest you
take your own travel and relevant insurance.
