Below is a preliminary overview of the APAN62 programme and is subject to change leading up to the event. A more detailed schedule will be shared by mid-May, following the Programme Committee’s review of abstract submissions.

Important notes:

• - Sessions labelled (open)may be attended by any registered delegates
• - Sessions labelled (closed / invite-only)are private meetings
• - Thursday 13 August is a co-located day / shared agenda with APANConf’26: The 4th International Conference on Advanced Network Technologies and Applications. All APANConf’26 sessions labelled (open) on this day may be attended by any registered delegates.
• - Delegates with a Full Registration ticket type can attend any/all sessions labelled (open) throughout the week and any/all Social Events (Reception and/or Dinner)
• - Delegates with a Day Registration ticket type:
  • - can attend any/all sessions labelled (open) on the day of their attendance
  • - must purchase a Social Event ticket to attend any Social Events (Reception and/or Dinner)

Working Groups / Special Interest Group sessions:

APAN Working Groups (WG) and Special Interest Groups (SIG) are active year-round with meetings, workshops, trainings, and collaborative research activities. APAN meetings function as a platform for these groups to share updates on their activities and expand community participation. Below is a list of groups that will be hosting sessions at APAN62.
