Co-located alongside APAN62, the 4th International Conference on Advanced Network Technologies and Applications (APANConf'26) will bring together leading researchers, practitioners, and innovators in exploring the convergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and High Performance Computing (HPC).
APANConf'26 will showcase the integration of cutting-edge digital infrastructure and applications, and regionally significant digital solutions across health, agriculture, education, and environmental domains.
Call for Submissions
The 4th International Conference on Advanced Network Technologies and Applications invites original, unpublished research contributions that align with the missions of APAN and IEEE. Submissions are welcomed that address cutting-edge infrastructure and applications, intelligent automation, scalable computing platforms, and forward-looking policy frameworks. This year’s program also highlights regional resilience, ethical innovation, and inclusive digital ecosystems.
All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

Paper submission deadline
Final deadline for submitting full papers through EDAS system. No extensions will be granted.
10 June, 2026
Notification of acceptance
Authors will be notified about acceptance status and reviewer feedback via email
28 June 2026
Camera-ready submission
Submit final camera-ready version incorporating all reviewer comments and suggestions.
